Wellness Tips, Personal Stories, and the Future of Mental Health: Like My Facebook Page

I'm excited to launch my professional Facebook page. I'll be bringing readers data-driven wellness tips and sharing personal anecdotes, insight, and takeways from my decades of lived experience with Major Depressive Disorder.

My aim is to promote awareness and literacy by posting high-quality images and graphics that teach a topic or idea in depth. I'll also offer insider advice from my years of experience studying trending research and data.

I'll get personal with stories featuring the lessons I've learned while building resilience. I'll post visualized data with compelling research and statistics. And I'll include beautifully designed graphics that guide readers to solutions and hope.

Expect a dedicated effort from me to strengthen the mental health community with rich, highly engaging content and information.

Here's a closer at what I'll be posting on Facebook.

Get support with wellness tips

I'm drawing on years of research and time spent studying leading sources to give you actionable tips for improving your mental and emotional health.

My tips are grounded in positive psychology and align with the views of today's best behavioral health experts.

Given Facebook's visually friendly interface, you can expect me to incorporate high-quality design elements to help showcase these posts.

Featuring wellness tips is a great way for mental health writers to demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm for sharing guidance. With each post, I'll get one step closer to bridging the gap between mental health organizations and their clients. I'll be distributing advice that helps people live better lives.

I'll be covering trending topics for 2026. You'll find tips for reducing AI-related stress, advice for getting more from wearable technology, and actionable support to help you eat and sleep smarter. My goal is to help readers start this emotional year with fresh ideas suited for wellness and stability.

Find it on my Facebook page, and stick around for more.

And since I'm writing about wellness tips, I'll share five that are perfect for a day you need a pick-me-up. Take a look at this graphic, "5 Powerful Small Steps to Take for Better Mental Health." Start every day with a quick reminder that none of us are perfect, and we need some solid advice for boosting mental clarity, and on a day to day basis.

Be inspired by personal stories and anecdotes

The most important mental health information is communicated by those with lived experience. As writers, we're experts on organizing complex information, like writing on symptoms and recovery, and weaving personal narratives into rich accounts that increase literacy of subjects concerning mental health. The anecdotes and experiences I post on my Facebook page will be for inspiration and entertainment, and will feature quick dives into my notes and memory, which I'll polish into brief tidbits of intimate brevity.

Many of these experiences draw from material I've gathered for my first memoir, which I discussed briefly in a recent Facebook post I wrote on one of several books I'm writing.

And the image I created for the post, which I liked because it was catchy and vibrant. I want to promote positivity and disordered living in the same realm, and that takes energy.

Like my Facebook page to experience the stories that shine light on what it's like to bounce back from mental hardship, and thrive amid stressful conflicts, even while symptomatic.

Get involved in the future of mental health

Understanding how psychology continues to change is a great way to stay updated on the latest innovations in mental health. I'll be creating posts highlighting how organizations are changing to better serve the public. I'll also be writing posts promoting new products, research, technology, and recent reforms and legislation. My future-based Facebook posts will identify trends in mental health, shed light on how people and experts are thinking, and will reveal the top issues noted by behavioral health experts and their clients.

Facebook is probably the best platform for writers to explore technological integrations, such as predictive analytics, and use the post creator to write explainers featuring bullet lists, hashtags, and headings that examine the future of mental healthcare. Using Facebook, I'll create posts on the use of AI by companies whose integration of the technology promotes meaningful, therapeutic interactions. These posts, which will range from shortform informational pieces to more in-depth long-form explorations create a win-win situation for my subcribers and I since we'll have extensive material to review and discuss.

Here's an example of a post I created today that covers some examples of wearable technology.

Exploring the future is an exciting process, and one I'll be highly engaged in while posting on Facebook.

Connect with me on Facebook

Facebook has a visually friendly and highly engaging interface that allows freelance mental health writers like myself the opportunity to better connect with an audience. On Facebook, I'll be offering wellness tips and writing on the future of mental healthcare. At times, you'll see personal stories and anecdotes on my page that I hope will help readers uncover an entire new realm of my personality and life.
